C.A.R.S., a not-for-profit agency, has been providing support services for cars-logochildren, families and adults in Western Indiana since 1969. Over the years, our service area has grown to include 21 counties and over 18 support programs. The 21 counties include: Benton, Boone, Carroll, Clay, Clinton, Fountain, Hendricks, Knox, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, Vermillion, Vigo, and Warren
